The conventional hot-swappable socket has no fool-proof function. If it is welded backwards incorrectly, it will inevitably cause interference between the guide post at the bottom of the switch body and the relevant position of the socket when the switch body is inserted into the board, which will damage the PCB circuit board in the lighter. Stabbing the socket, resulting in unstable and unreliable contact between the body, and endless troubles.
More stable and firm design
The soldering part of the TTC hot-swappable socket has been increased from the conventional one-sided welding length from 1.6mm to 2.1mm, and the soldering surface increased by 30%. At the same time, the design adopts an oval hole to allow tin to be fully filled in the socket metal and PCB. On the board, the welding is more stable and firm, which can prevent the socket from loosening, falling, unreliable, and non-conducting during use due to less welding and virtual welding.

TTC hot-swappable socket, the plastic body adopts the latest high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant, high-stability, and high-strength PA46 material from European Dutch DSM (DSM), and the base fixing metal adopts German high-tech elastic memory metal material. Long life, fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance, and good contact stability. The service life is as high as 2000 times, which is 20 times the service life (100 times) of conventional shaft seats on the market.
